Gina Luna is a veteran board member, investor, and civic l eader. She is a recognized leader with invaluable business insight in each of these arenas. Roku is a pioneer in streaming TV to consumers i n the US and select countries. She is also a member of the board of Tetra T echnologies, Inc. (NYSE: TTI), where she serves on the Audit and the Nomina ting, Governance, and Sustainability Committees. Tetra is an oil and gas se rvices company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas; she has served on the board since July 2018. Jennifer is a senior ene rgy executive with over 30 years of financial and environmental strategy ex perience. She is the Chief Sustainability Officer for Penn LNG, a Pennsylva nia-based liquefied natural gas export facility that is currently under dev elopment. She recently serviced as Vice President Strategic Growth for Bake r Hughes (NYSE:BKR) Emissions Management where she led the business and com mercial growth for ground and air based methane monitoring and quantificati on technologies, and assisted oil and gas clients with improving their emis sions profile by leveraging best practices in facility design, leak detecti on and repair, and corporate governance.

Neil A. Wizel is a Managing Director with First Reserve, a leading global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on opportunities within the energy value chain. He joined First Re serve in 2007 and has been responsible for investing more than $2 billion o f the firm’s equity capital across a variety of investments. As a senior in vestment professional, he has responsibilities ranging from deal originatio n and structuring to due diligence, execution, monitoring and exit strategy with a focus on infrastructure and logistics/distribution assets and indus trial service and manufacturing companies, many with an ESG/sustainability mandate. Mr. Wizel is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee as well as the firm’s Talent Development Committee. He serves or has served o n the board of directors of various First Reserve portfolio companies or af filiates and is also currently the CEO and a Director of First Reserve Sust ainable Growth Corp, a publicly-traded SPAC focused on solutions, processes , and technologies that facilitate, improve, or complement the ongoing tran sition toward a more sustainable and environmentally-conscious global energ y, infrastructure and industrial complex.
Beyond his in vestment responsibilities, as a member of First Reserve’s senior management , Mr. Wizel is also jointly responsible for setting the firm’s vision and s trategy, developing and managing the investment team, and raising instituti onal capital and managing relationships with the firm’s LPs. Prior to joini ng First Reserve, Mr. Wizel was a member of the Investment Staff at Greenbr iar Equity Group, a private equity firm with a focus on business services a nd advanced manufacturing in select industrial sectors. Nie l Golightly is a Senior Counselor at Sard Verbinnen & Company, a global strategic communications firm.
Niel has served as Chie f Communications Officer at both Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (now Stellantis) and the Boeing Company. He has also held senior executive roles in global communications, sustainability and energy transition for Ford Motor Company and Shell Oil Company. He began his career as a U.S. Naval officer and car rier-based pilot.
During the first half of this year, h e consulted for the Greater Houston Partnership on the Houston Energy Trans ition Initiative. He has also served on secondment from Shell Oil to the Ma yor of Houston in support of the Hurricane Harvey recovery effort, and he h as served on the board of the Houston Technology Center and other non-profi t organizations.
Niel graduated from Cornell University , completed graduate level coursework at the University of Konstanz in Germ any, and completed certificate programs in strategic scenario planning at O xford and executive coaching at Rice University.
