The Private Directors Association is a volunteer run organization with a passion to help private companies create, upgrade and professionalize their boards while developing and promoting talented, experienced, and diverse board candidates. Our mission is to help you achieve your mission. The organization was founded in 2014 and now has nearly 2,000 members and 17 chapters. Many additional chapters are in formation.
