Margaret Boyle

Margaret Boyle is an Executive Director and Banker in the Denver office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She draws from her diverse background to offer successful individuals and their families the peace of mind that comes from having a well-considered strategy in place.

Margaret leads with wealth planning, partnering closely with her clients to uncover their goals and the problems they wish to solve. Steven L. Faulkner is a Managing Director and head of Private Business Advisory in J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Advice Lab. Steven is responsible for developing content and solutions for business owners, on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, pre-transaction planning, and maintaining a legacy business over multiple generations.

Formerly responsible for managing a national team of more than 80 investment management, real estate, and business valuation professionals, Steven has extensive experience analyzing, reviewing, advising and transacting closely held businesses, limited partnerships and private equity investments. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of several closely held companies.

        

Helen Rogers

Helen Rogers is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Helen practiced as a trust and tax planning attorney for over a decade, and she works closely with highly affluent individuals and families to help guide them on estate and tax planning. She serves as a trusted advisor and fierce advocate, providing clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their wealth is being carefully handled.

As a Wealth Advisor, Helen considers the holistic picture of a client’s wealth plan—tax structuring, business succession, wealth preservation, asset transfer and more. She brings a consultative approach, getting to know each client on a personal level and building productive relationships with their advisory teams.Helen is skilled at translating complicated tax concepts for clients and guiding them through effective wealth transfer structuring.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Helen was a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP, where she specialized in developing complex asset management structures involving trusts, family partnerships and charitable entities, including private foundations. She was recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers as one of the most well-regarded trust and estate attorneys in Denver. Helen is known as an experienced and knowledgeable trust and tax planner by her professional colleagues, and she has been a frequent speaker and author on a variety of trust and tax planning concepts. She previously served as a Vice Chair of the Estate and Gift Taxes Committee of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation, and has contributed to published comments on proposed Treasury Regulations.
