ESG-the Energy Transition

In-person, panel discussion and networking event focused on navigating strategic board discussions dealing with the increasing pressures investors place on companies to implement ESG strategies. The panel will explore:

  • What private boards should do to ensure that the company is adequately attuned to the expectations of its stakeholders
  • How private board members should prepare themselves to discuss this issue in the boardroom
  • How the board should engage with management to fulfill its expanding fiduciary responsibilities promulgated by ESG

Our live networking event with wine, food and soft drinks is hosted by WG Consulting.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
