Hugh Shields Co-Founder & Principal Shields Meneley Partners

As a Master Coach, Hugh is one of the top leadership and career coaches in business today. He began his career at Sunbeam Corporation at the corporate headquarters and in marketing and sales roles for the Schaefer Division.

Hugh is a member of The Executive Club of Chicago and The Chicago Council. He is a Founder of Thrive Chicago (servant leadership) and a Board Member of Roosevelt University Heller School of Business.

Marie Allen Managing Partner and Founder The Allen Group Executive Search

Marie Allen has served on the National Board of Directors for Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) as an Independent Director and Fiduciary. Cancer Treatment Centers of America is a multi-billion dollar, privately-owned, family held, for-profit enterprise with five locations across the U.S.  Marie was promoted to the national board after serving on CTCA’s Midwestern Regional Board since 2010 where she served as President/Chairman.  Marie’s Board Committee experience includes: Board Governance, Growth/Marketing and Strategy, Culture/Organization Development, Compensation, Succession, Talent, Crisis Management and CEO Selection.

Marie is currently the Managing Partner and Founder of The Allen Group Executive Search, Ltd, where she conducts retained searches for “C” level executive talent across all industries and functional areas including Board of Director placements. She also Chairs a CEO Peer to Peer Roundtable Group in Tampa and is a Founder and Executive Team Member of PDA Tampa.

Jeff Sauntry CEO and Founder Risk Neutral

Jeff Sauntry is the CEO and Founder of Risk Neutral, an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory firm. As part of executive leadership teams, Jeff has led professional services and engineering organizations at multiple publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies, including Synopsys (via Cigital acquisition), Unisys, AT&T, Computer Associates, Novell, PWC, and KPMG. His experience spans technology, enterprise software, risk, compliance, fraud, cyber, and physical security domains.  Jeff is a serial entrepreneur, founding four private companies.

The boards or advisory committees that Jeff is currently or previously served on include: Invision Communications, New Market Partners, Tauruseer, and Irvine Sensors. He is on the Executive Committee and is a founding member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the PDA. Jeff is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and is recognized as a Certified Director and Leadership Fellow in Cyber Risk.  He recently completed the Chief Risk Officer program at Carnegie Mellon (CRO-CMU).

Robert Courtney is a global entrepreneur, CEO and member of multiple boards, recognized for pioneering new international trade and business models in challenging environments. Over 30 years of executive, transactional and board experience, he has demonstrated expertise in driving organic business growth, leading multi-cultural teams, and successfully navigating economic volatility, geopolitical risk and shifting regulatory environments. He offers real-world expertise in bringing artificial intelligence and machine learning to business processes and people management. His business and board experience span agricultural/food safety, technology, retail, franchising, health care and management consulting, and extend across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Bob is a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Private Directors Association. Current boards include Ziel, Le Pain Quotidien CIS, Retail Impulse, and American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. He is a member of the Florida and California Bar Associations
