Overview

One of the most challenging decisions family ownership groups make periodically is whether to hold, sell, or consolidate their ownership of their family business. Whether it is another company or a private equity firm expressing interest, a sub-group of shareholders whose engagement with the family business has waned, or a group of family shareholders who simply do not function well together, the board has a very important role to play to support shareholders in navigating the decision to hold, sell, or consolidate ownership. Join our panel to discuss the role of the board in the decision process and how the board can add tremendous value to help shareholders navigate these decisions.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
