Overview

Managing CEO succession is a board’s ultimate responsibility. This decision impacts the company’s strategy, results, culture, and reputation. You are invited to join MN PDA’s January 11 program on proactive approaches for this important effort.

Join our experts, Leigh Bailey and Sal Mondelli, moderated by Jim Zuehlke, in an interactive session to learn more about best practices and real experiences related to CEO Succession. Topics covered include overall succession strategy, identifying key skills needed for strategic imperatives, balancing internal and external candidates, stakeholder communication, and ensuring a transition that honors the outgoing CEO while onboarding the incoming CEO.
