Leeann Arthur
Senior Manager, Sustainability & ESG
Deloitte & Touche LLP

Leeann is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Sustainability & ESG services practice. Her twelve-year career with the firm has focused on governance and risk management efforts. Formerly a professional with Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness, Leeann has experience across multiple industries and advises executives, boards of directors and others active in governance on specific risk topics. Currently, Leeann works with clients to build their ESG governance models, and to understand the link between material sustainability information and financial performance.​​ In addition to materiality assessments, she works with companies on TCFD and climate governance and reporting. Her work also includes assisting clients in creating sustainability reports that adhere to recognized standards. Leeann is a frequent speaker on ESG oversight in the boardroom and has written on ESG topics, including corporate purpose, ESG oversight disclosures in the proxy statement and the incorporation of ESG metrics in executive compensation plans.

           

Tim Bolger

Timothy Bolger is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Global Commercial Banking Group of Bank of America. Based in Milwaukee, Tim assists middle market companies across the state of Wisconsin in achieving their overall strategic objectives by advising and executing on various capital raising approaches, merger and acquisition initiatives, international and domestic treasury management solutions and risk management strategies. Tim also serves as the regional ESG Champion for the Midwest for Bank of America supporting the sustainable finance initiatives of clients and prospective clients.

           

Chris Merker
Director, Sustainable Finance and Business Program
Marquette University

Christopher K. Merker, PhD, CFA, Director of the Sustainable Finance and Business Program at Marquette University. He is Executive Director of Fund Governance Analytics, LLC an ESG research and data analytics firm, publishes the blog, Sustainable Finance, and is co-author of the book, The Trustee Governance Guide: The Five Imperatives of 21st Century Investing. Chris recently served on the CFA Institute ESG Working Group, responsible for leading the development of global ESG investment disclosure standards and is a member of the Institute’s ESG Advisory Panel. Chris received his PhD from Marquette University and MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. He also serves as director of Private Asset Management at Baird, where he leads the ESG and responsible investing program.
