Overview

How can you be more effective at finding board opportunities for you and your colleagues? While there are a variety of ways, a critical one is through your relationships via networking. However, traditional networking is not the only option and may not be the best choice. Trust and referability are integral to successfully surfacing board opportunities through personal and business connections. This is where the globally recognized concept of "NetWeaving" Bob Littell developed makes a difference. After Bob coined the term over two decades ago and identified key skills to be an authentic NetWeaver, NetWeaving has proven to be one of the most productive ways to build deep, trusted relationships that serve as the cornerstone for ongoing referrals.
