Matt is a senior executive, with deep expertise leading cybersecurity and IT organizations to enable business goals. His cybersecurity acumen combines private sector experience protecting data in a highly regulated environment with public sector experience protecting the Nation’s most sensitive information. His leadership experience includes building and managing globally dispersed organizations, delivering transformational change, and conducting complicated negotiations.

Matt has substantial experience leading enterprise security programs, with a focus on determining acceptable levels of risk, assessing the security posture of IT systems and services, driving transformational change in security programs to simultaneous reduce risk and enable the business, and leading complex incident response activities. Additionally, he provides his expertise to engagement teams in the Federal, Cyber, and Financial Services areas.

Keri is a Board member, C-level executive, Entrepreneur, and Strategic Advisor. Innovation-loving, idea-generating, results-oriented, strategic visionary executive and trusted advisor with experience as COO, CIO, CISO and Chief Analytics Officer (CAO). She has over 30 years experience working for some of the most innovative startups, world’s largest corporations, leading edge think-tanks and universities, and  impactful local non-profit organizations.

She is a board governance advocate with experience on operations, finance, and compliance committees, and in leading cybersecurity strategic collaborations with board and C-level executives. 

Keri has published extensively, including recent articles on the Board's role in cybersecurity governance in Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and Sloan Management Review. Her most recent book is "Managing and Using Information Systems, published by Wiley and Sons.

      

Judi Germano

Judi is a cybersecurity expert and legal advisor counseling public and privately held companies, senior executives, corporate boards and individuals on cybersecurity, privacy, complex white-collar criminal and regulatory-compliance matters. 

Her experience ranges from coveted higher education and civil service roles to courtroom drama and successful legal practices all driven by her
passion for the law, including:

  • Professor, NYU Masters in Cybersecurity Risk & Strategy Program; Adjunct Professor of Law and Distinguished Fellow, NYU School of Law; Adjunct Professor, NYU Stern School of Business
  • Former Federal Prosecutor, as Chief of Economic Crimes at the U.S. Attorney's Office (NJ), successfully handling cases of national and international impact in cyber-crime, securities and other financial fraud, corruption and national security matters. 
  • Two assignments in a major, multinational law firm based in Manhattan.
  • Two clerkships for federal judges -  first on the U.S. District Court, Connecticut, later on the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. 
    Since 2013, Judi has been an entrepreneur, founder & lead counsel of law firm, GermanoLaw LLC. She is a frequent keynote speaker who presents on cybersecurity, privacy, fraud, corruption (including FCPA), ethics, national security and women in leadership. 
      

Alex Sharpe

Alex Sharpe is a long-time Cybersecurity, Governance, and Digital Transformation expert with real-world operational experience. He has spent much of his career helping corporations and government agencies reap the rewards afforded by advances in technology while mitigating risk. He began his career at the NSA before moving into the Management Consulting ranks building practices at Booz Allen and KPMG. He subsequently co-founded two firms with successful exits, including The Hackett Group. Alex holds degrees in Business from Columbia Business School, Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He is a published author, speaker, instructor, and advisor.
