Board Leadership in the Midst of Chaos and Turbulence

Overview

This interactive play and a departure from our traditional panel discussion takes place at The Hermit Club, one of Cleveland’s best kept secrets.  A $500M global tech company is left directionless when the founder and only owner dies unexpectedly.  Attendees will observe as the cast (senior management and members of the dysfunctional board) prioritize challenges, take action, and set the company on a new path and will have an opportunity to critique these solutions and provide alternative resolution to the company’s biggest woes.
