AI is the latest trend with companies integrating the new technology into systems and processes, but what exactly is the board's role in oversight of the technology?

What should a board know regarding the new technology and the AI-related risks and opportunities for a company? How can a board member fulfill their fiduciary duties, via oversight in light of the technology?

Join the DC chapter, virtually on December 7th, for an engaging discussion with AI experts working at the C-Suite and governance level. Understand potential risks and opportunities and questions to consider when faced with oversight of AI.
