The Psychology of Pay

Overview

Psychology of Pay is an interaction session, leveraging real-time polling of the audience, to explore how human reactions to risk influence our economic decisions and the implications on executive compensation design. Conventional pay-for-performance “best practices” may be sound from the perspective of shareholders and proxy advisors, but are they achieving your talent acquisition and retention objectives and truly driving performance? During this session, we will explore the effectiveness of different pay models and their perceived value to executives.
