Susan Connor
Independent Board Member | Financial and Operating Executive



Susan is an accomplished business leader known for helping management teams with developing and executing financial strategies and business plans that drive revenue, increase profits, and support company growth. Susan has served on the boards of public and private companies including private equity, ESOP owned companies and she has experience working with Fortune 500 and mid-cap public and private companies as well as start-ups. She has expertise in analyzing business opportunities, implementing growth strategies, and navigating companies through significant change and is a dynamic leader skilled in building and motivating teams and partnering to achieve effective results.

Susan has a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of Private Directors Association and NACD.

           

Ralph P. Stow
Operating Executive, Investor, and Serial Board Member

For over 30 years Ralph has been an operating executive and management advisor and has served on numerous private company boards as well as multiple non-profit boards. His private company board experience includes founder owned and private equity portfolio companies. His background crosses a variety of industries and functional areas of expertise. He currently serves on the boards of Paranet, LLC and Sheringham Corporation.

Ralph has an MBA from Darden Graduate School at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Sam Houston State University. He was also named Plano “Citizen of the Year” in 2003 by the Plano Chamber of Commerce. 

           

Julie Lyle

Julie is an experienced board director and board chair for public and private enterprises, including Fortune 1, private equity, startups, and turn-around businesses worldwide. She has built leading global brands and teams for both startups and the world's largest companies, is experienced with AI, IoT and data science that adds value for customers, investors and shareholders, and is proficient in leading digital transformations, helping businesses tap new markets, accelerate and scale.
