Meghan Anzelc, Ph.D. has 20 years of deep global expertise in data and AI and broad experience in talent strategy and DEI. Her career spans multiple public and private organizations including Global Head of Data & Analytics at Spencer Stuart and Chief Analytics Officer at AXIS Capital. Dr. Anzelc's strength lies in her ability to translate new and complex technologies into practical and grounded implications for businesses and their talent.

She stands out from other technologists through her 15 years of experience leveraging AI in highly-regulated companies and leadership in facilitating compliance globally. With experience in the C-suite of a global mid-cap, Meghan is well versed in making the complex accessible for decision-making around business strategy and talent through the deployment of new capabilities to best position organizations against competitors. Her M&A experience, along with her relentless focus on driving positive outcomes through building trusted relationships with transparency and integrity, make her an asset to companies experiencing transition and disruption.

Dr. Anzelc was awarded Outstanding Mentor by RevTech Labs in 2023 and was a recipient of the 2011 NALC Above-and-Beyond award for Travelers' Women in Actuarial and Analytics organization which she co-founded and co-chaired. She previously served on the board and as chair of the Nom/Gov Committee of the Chicago Literacy Alliance. Dr. Anzelc holds a Master’s and PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Loyola University Chicago.
