Brenda Boehler Principal The Boehler Group

Brenda has spent over 30 years leading unique omni-channel consumer businesses: e-commerce, catalog, brick & mortar and home shopping. In addition to CEO and President operating roles, she has broad knowledge in B2C/B2B marketing strategies, leadership development, brand development and digital technology strategies.

Brenda currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mason Companies, a large, fifth generation family owned e-commerce and catalog retailer. Brenda currently is Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating and Audit Committees. In addition she advises a number of smaller, unique consumer businesses as a board member and strategic advisor.

She is a current member of NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) and WCD (Women Corporate Directors). She formerly served on the Board of Bellacor.com (executive board member) and advisory boards of I See Me, Inc and Terry Bear.

Brian is a founder and investor in entrepreneurial companies and is principal in his company BWK Advisors where he is an advisor, consultant and Investor in mid-sized companies and various real estate projects.  Brian serves on the board of directors for Orange Tree, Mendota Health, Professional Credit and is a franchisee of MySalonSuites MN.

Mary Schmid Daugherty is an experienced board member, business consultant, and finance educator. Mary’s experience focuses on the impact of financial decisions on company valuation. Mary’s background as an investment professional provides relevant experience for her corporate board work. The book "Family Business" co-authored with Ernesto Poza, is a leading textbook for family business consultants and owners. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Driessen Water, Inc. (Chair of Governance/Nominating Committee), The Meritex Company (Chair of Audit Committee), Edney Distributing, and DWS Funds. Mary also serves on the Board of the Hardenbergh Foundation.
