Ramsey W. Goodrich is a Managing Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich and brings nearly 30 years of experience advising owners of family-held and founder-led middle market companies on M&A and capital transactions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Goodrich has advised on more than 120 transactions totaling more than $4.5 billion in value.

He is an active speaker on M&A and Capital transactions, having given dozens of presentations to corporations, associations and trade organizations and is a regular speaker at industry conferences across the country. In 2019, he was awarded the Thomas Farrell Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award from The M&A Advisor given “to the individual chosen by their peers to have made the most generous contribution to the advancement of our industry.” He also was awarded of the ACG Global Meritorious Service Award in 2013 recognizing those “ who contribute to the organization's long-term success through extraordinary volunteer service and achievement.”

Mr. Goodrich received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, triple majoring in Finance, International Business and Management, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University. He also completed MBA graduate studies in international business administration at the Institut Superieur des Affaires (ISA) at L'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in France. Mr. Goodrich holds his NASD Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses.

Linda is a CPA, CFO, and board director. She serves on the boards of HashWatt, Inc., Audit Committee, a US-based Bitcoin mining company with a powerful energy advantage while securing the Bitcoin blockchain. HashWatt is in late-stage investment, series C, with estimated < $5 million revenue. She also serves as an Advisor for Samprad LLC., with estimated $1-$5 million revenue. Samprad is a digital learning program to help prepare the workforce and organizations for the future. Linda’s former experience as Chief Audit Executive afforded her to spend six years reporting to and participating with the Audit Committee of a US publicly traded (Nasdaq: WST) medical device manufacturing company with market cap of $20.36 billion.

In 2023, Linda was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Edmund Optics, Inc., an 80-year-old family-owned small cap business leading global optical solutions that serve a variety of markets including Life Sciences, Biomedical, Industrial Inspection, Semiconductor, R&D, and Defense. The company has 18 global locations and continues to expand ($250-$500M revenue).
