With over 40 years’ experience, Sharon has led international expansions, product management, and IT Operations for CitiBank Global, Microsoft, Motorola, Mitutoyo Japan. Her company, Boldingbroke Consulting, founded in the Seattle area, now in Colorado Springs, advises startups to large enterprise companies on growth strategies for products and emerging technologies in the areas of FinTech, Healthcare and Cybersecurity, and on the use of recommendation systems, LLMs, and NLP. Other areas of expertise include international product development, information architecture and retrieval solutions.

Currently serving as the Chief Technologist at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation and Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab (TCIL), George plays a pivotal role in identifying and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity advancements applicable to the U.S. government and the private sector.

George brings a wealth of experience, having spent over two decades spearheading cyber initiatives throughout the Department of Defense and other government organizations. In her previous role as a subject matter expert and consultant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, she led multiple efforts to enhance cyber resiliency and advance the practice of cybersecurity testing and evaluation. Her deep cyber resilience analysis, guidance, and engagements with various military programs underscore her commitment to strengthening the nation's cybersecurity posture.
