          James Adams

James has spent over 30 years developing and deploying transformative technologies to boost business performance across various industry sectors. He started his career with 3M where he focused on digital-analog design for data storage devices and drug delivery systems for medical devices. After 3M, James joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Consulting where he helped F100 corporations quickly increase shareholder value through product innovations. Since 2006, James has immersed himself in the logistics industry with executive positions at Panther Premium Logistics, Choice Logistics, and Revolution Trucking. In 2021, he launched Uproar Automation, an AI-based e-commerce company which he sold for $20 million in 2023. James earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.S. in Mechanical Science and Engineering (Honors) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a lifetime member of MENSA.

Prior to joining 1848 Ventures, Brian spent 14 years in various roles across the IT function at Westfield. Bradley Reynolds

Bradley Reynolds is a recognized leader in the AI industry, with a deep understanding of the transformative power of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. As the Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Expedient, Bradley spearheads efforts to simplify the operational deployment of private AI infrastructure for enterprises given strict data governance and regulatory requirements.

Prior to Expedient, Bradley served as an AI Consultant at Yellowfin Holdings, where he played an instrumental role in helping enterprises harness the power of private AI models. His expertise spans from strategic AI planning to specialized areas such as vector database design, language model pre-training, and model fine-tuning.

        


Felicia Williams

Felicia has 30 years of deep experience in Information Technology with a focus on leading enterprise Digital Innovation and Strategic Growth initiatives specific to Fortune 500 - Global 2000 companies. Her combination of experience in enterprise omni-channel digital strategies, delivery execution of complex cross functional programs and technology platform agnostic integrations has garnished her the “trusted advisor” role in many of the public and private corporations that she consults. She is currently the EVP, Global Digital Innovation Sales Executive for Perficient, a billion dollar publicly traded (NASDAQ: PRFT) global digital consultancy which focuses on transforming the world’s largest enterprises and biggest brands. Felicia is specifically responsible for building global partnerships with a digital strategic focus and overall holistic innovative technology direction which focuses on the use of AI across all industries due to her combined deep knowledge and expertise in digital innovation, technology trends, Generative AI and her strong business acumen. Felicia received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from Bowling Green State University. Her current career passion is additionally focused on strategizing with many executive boards on their inclusion of minority owned businesses and women of color for the technology trusted advisory role.

        

Sue Tyler

Sue has built businesses and led financial and operational transformations in the health and property and casualty insurance industries. Her leadership skills are based broadly across finance, operations, and P&L roles for companies ranging in size from startup through Fortune 500. Sue currently serves as a member of the board of directors for technology companies ForMotiv, Beam Benefits, ScriptDrop, and HealthPlan Data Solutions. She also sources, evaluates and supports investments in early stage digital health and software-as-a-service companies for two venture capital funds. AI is integral to the strategy of several of her companies. Committed to value-added board governance, Sue is a founding member of the Cleveland chapter of Private Directors Association and a member of the program committee.
