He is an accomplished technology executive with 30 years of experience and achievements in Information Technology management. He is responsible for the information technology services and strategy for a leading Electrical Distributor in North America. He has established and institutionalized a comprehensive Cyber security practice based on ITIL and ISO27001 standards. He has also implemented IT strategies within commercial, regulated, and public-sector industries.

       


Regina Marrow

She is responsible for the company’s global internal systems, infrastructure, and technology initiatives for scaling internal platforms and deriving data driven insights to keep pace with company growth and geographic expansion. Regina is also responsible for the people functions, including people business partners, recruiting, and training as well as the operations support and facilities functions. She has more than 25 years of experience in IT, having previously served as the CIO at ConnectWise, a global software company and as the Executive Director over IT for the North American operating unit for Gerdau, a multi-billion-dollar steel manufacturer. Regina has also held technology transformation and executive roles at companies such as EY and Accenture.

John is the Managing Member of PathFinder Group (PFG), a Tampa based Family Business Advisory focused on helping to ensure the American Dream for business owners through Growth and Transition Planning, Process Improvement, Leadership Development and Creation of High Performing Cultures. He is also a Licensed Partner with LXCouncil a CEO Peer to Peer group working with CEOs to sustainably grow their businesses.

John has been a life-long entrepreneur and from 1996 until 2005 he served as Chairman and CEO of Alliance Computing Technologies, Inc. (ACT).   John is a current Board Member of publicly listed Flanagan's Enterprises, Inc and a Board Member of privately held BayCare Behavioral Health.


John is a Founding Member and Executive Committee member of the Tampa Chapter of the Private Directors Association (PDA) a Chicago based organization dedicated to private company board education.
