Session 1: Capturing Opportunity from AI

Overview

Welcome to Part 1 of our 3-Part AI Educational Program Series!
The AI Opportunity, How we are Already Using it and What’s Next

Event Overview

This series answers an essential question for business owners and board directors: What questions about AI should boards and leaders answer for their businesses in 2024?

Our first session considers how AI can improve business processes, enable better team performance, and lead to greater corporate value. We’ll share specific areas where AI can streamline operations, reduce costs, or enhance customer experiences. Additionally, we will provide ways to assess the cost-benefit tradeoff in introducing AI to company operations by examining industry and competitive trends. The session concludes by discussing approaches to enhance or create new product/service offerings using AI. Participants will come away from this session with a perspective that helps them evaluate where their companies stand in readiness and capabilities to adopt, develop, implement, and manage artificial intelligence in their companies’ products, services, and processes.
