Overview

Prior to the Pandemic, mental health issues, workplace stress… were secretive, yet were always present in the workplace and always challenging to deal with. Stories about bad managers, having to work too many hours, not enough attention paid to career advancement, sexual, gender and racial bias, depression, anxiety and mental illness, workplace complaints were undercurrents that would sweep through an organization like the game “whispering down the lane.” Now, they are not so secret. Join us for a lively discussion on what the Board’s role is in overseeing these governance issues.
