Janet helps small and midsized business owners and executives who have too many critical priorities taking focus away from what is most important for leaders to do: lead their business. She understands how it feels to know where you need to be but struggle to get there. Sometimes it’s too much to do, or lack of skills, or not knowing who or what to ask, or not knowing where to start. Janet becomes a part-time extension of the leadership team, meeting operational priorities and getting results.
James has spent over 30 years developing and deploying transformative technologies to boost business performance across various industry sectors. He started his career with 3M where he focused on digital-analog design for data storage devices and drug delivery systems for medical devices. After 3M, James joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Consulting where he helped F100 corporations quickly increase shareholder value through product innovations. Since 2006, James has immersed himself in the logistics industry with executive positions at Panther Premium Logistics, Choice Logistics, and Revolution Trucking. In 2021, he launched Uproar Automation, an AI-based e-commerce company which he sold for $20 million in 2023. James earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.S. in Mechanical Science and Engineering (Honors) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a lifetime member of MENSA.ed deep knowledge and expertise in digital innovation, technology trends, Generative AI and her strong business acumen. Felicia received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from Bowling Green State University. Her current career passion is additionally focused on strategizing with many executive boards on their inclusion of minority owned businesses and women of color for the technology trusted advisory role.

Tres founded Roeder Consulting in 2001. A former consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Tres has worked with more than forty organizations including eight Fortune 500 companies and three FTSE 100 firms. Industry experience includes serving as Director of Business Process Improvement at American Greetings with prior positions at RR Donnelly and Toyota Motor Sales USA. He is the author of two Amazon best-selling books A Sixth Sense for Project Management® and Managing Project Stakeholders®. Former Vice Mayor of Shaker Heights, OH, he is currently a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Speakers Association. He is a Captain and active Instructor Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol.
