   Cody Biller
   EVP - Corporate Banking Manager
   Amegy Bank

Cody Biller has over 20 years of banking experience, dealing primarily with large family-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and small to mid-cap public companies across diverse industries. He joined Amegy Bank in 2003 and spent 15 years in syndicated finance, where he helped lead and arrange over $17 billion in financings for Amegy Bank’s clients. In 2017, Cody transitioned from leading the syndicated finance team to managing the Corporate Banking Group, where he helped oversee approximately $2 billion of client loan commitments.

Cody earned his BBA (’03) and MBA (’13) from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife, Kori, have a 10-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son that keep them busy and filled with joy. When not at kids' sporting events on the weekends, you can usually find their family working on their small property, where they are learning how to take care of 6 horses and 6 cattle (yes, longhorns!). The family also attends most home games in Austin during the football season. He and his family are members at Houston’s First Baptist Church, and he is also proud to serve on the boards and finance committees of both The Lighthouse of Houston (6 years) and Communities in Schools (3 years on the board and 5th-year mentor to a high school student in Spring Branch ISD).
