Kevin Cramton
CEO/Executive Chairman

Chief Executive Officer or Executive Chairman of 5 companies with over 15 years of Private Equity experience.

Served on the Board of over 25 businesses including 3 public companies in various markets and industries (manufacturing, marketing/distribution, aftermarket/service, recycling, motorsports, oil and gas, trucking/transportation, information technology/telecommunications, advanced technology and financial services).

Presently Board and Audit Committee member at Helmerich & Payne, a publicly-traded (NYSE:HP) leading oil and gas drilling company.

Various management positions during a 20-year career at the Ford Motor Company including assignments in Ford’s manufacturing, marketing, sales & service, distribution, product development and financial services operations.

Global responsibilities for Ford’s Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and Venture Capital activities; executed around 50 M&A transactions with a value of about $25 billion during career.

Extensive international business experience, including assignments in the Asian and European regions and has worked in 4 world capitals.

MBA degree in finance and a BA degree in business administration from Michigan State University and an alumnus of the London Business School Executive Management Program (ADP).

            

Jean Vernor

Jean has significant C-Suite P&L leadership and Board experience with turnarounds of businesses in sectors spanning automotive, financial services, insurance and consumer goods in private and public companies. She is a former CEO and Fortune 50 Division President, has scaled start-ups and turned around underperforming, complex businesses. Jean led two PE backed companies to positive exits for investors and did the same at GE.

Her strengths include financial acumen, proven data/analytics and predictive modeling leadership, depth in governance/internal controls, human resource prowess, strategy and marketing depth and digital/technology transformation experience.  Jean has led broad operating responsibilities across all business functions with middle-market sized business units ($125M-$400M revenue) and 200-700 full-time employees located across a dozen countries.Her leadership experience spans a broad range of topics including Life and P&C Insurance, Cyber, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning Models, AI, InsureTech, LegalTech, Climate Risk Solutions, ESG, Autonomous Vehicles, Commercial Fleet Risk Solutions, Private Label Credit Cards, Subscription/Membership Services and Roadside Assistance.  

Jean served on the Board of Directors for Professional Examination Service (2014-2017) where the board triaged strategic options with management who transformed the business from a paper-based credentialing service to a provider of digital badge technology and a proprietary data analytics engine and successfully sold the company to ACT.

Known for attracting and retaining high quality talent, Jean empowers them to experiment and develop while setting and achieving high performance goals and inspiring them to own the solutions. A longtime champion of diversity, Jean is a current member of CEOX and the Women’s Business Collaborative. She is a past member of CHIEF, was US Chair for MetLife’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council, and a Cabinet Member for the AARP Women’s Leadership Circle.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Economics and Management at Oakland University, is a graduate of MetLife’s Top Talent Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and also of GE’s Top Talent Executive Development Program at Crotonville, NY. She is a PDA member and has completed her Certification in Private Company Governance.

Kimberly Rodriguez
Executive and Entrepreneur

Kimberly is a renowned expert in transforming global organizations to maximize efficiencies in supply chain, manufacturing and operational performance. During her 30-year career, she has assisted automakers and suppliers in driving value creation by leveraging the interface between finance, operational (plant floor) efficiency, and the effective use of technology. Kimberly currently serves as a principal of her own firm SCRM, providing independent consulting services, largely to equity funds and multiple holding family funds relating to sales growth, efficiency and market strategy.

Most recently Kimberly was the Chief Executive Officer for Dura Automotive Systems. Prior to joining Dura, Kimberly was Chief Executive Officer of Rush Trucking, a $100 million long-haul trucking company. During the 2020 COVID Automotive shutdown, she helped to dramatically improve efficiency, reduce equipment cost in half and quadruple the customer base for Rush.

Kimberly sits on the Board of Directors for AMG Industries, LLC., and Romeo Rim, as well as on the Executive Committee and General Board for The Children’s Center, a Detroit-based non-profit. She is a founding member and the first female chair of the Private Director’s Association, which provides training and insight for existing and potential board members of privately held companies. In 2019 she was named “Director to Watch” by Directors & Boards Magazine.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Art in economics and accounting from Michigan State University and a Master’s in business administration from Walsh College.
