Terin Cremer is the President at Barbas Cremer, a boutique employment and business law firm. As the former CHRO and Associate GC for Bankers Financial Corp, Terin led HR strategies and operations and managed a wide variety of legal matters including litigation, governance and employment matters.

She is a mayoral appointee to the City of Tampa's Civil Service Board where she serves as an administrative judge resolving employment disputes. Terin has been recognized as a FSU Young Alumni of the Year, a Thirty Under 30 FSU alum, an Up and Comer Hall of Famer by the "Tampa Bay Business Journal" and an HR Person of the Year finalist.
