Lybra has held key HR, Talent, and DEI roles at Twilio, PayPal, Morgan Stanley, The Brunswick Group, and American Express. Her sweet spot is in driving people strategy, managing talent and retention, and evolving the culture of the workplace.

Lybra serves on the Board of Trustees of the American Folk Art Museum in New York and most recently was honored as a Transform 10 for being one of the most influential executive leaders leading transformation in HR. Terin Cremer is the President at Barbas Cremer, a boutique employment and business law firm. As the former CHRO and Associate GC for Bankers Financial Corp, Terin led HR strategies and operations and managed a wide variety of legal matters including litigation, governance and employment matters.

She is a mayoral appointee to the City of Tampa's Civil Service Board where she serves as an administrative judge resolving employment disputes. Terin has been recognized as a FSU Young Alumni of the Year, a Thirty Under 30 FSU alum, an Up and Comer Hall of Famer by the "Tampa Bay Business Journal" and an HR Person of the Year finalist.
